The Magic Lemonade Stand is a 501(c)(3) non-profit exists as a creative civil society organization that deeply believes in fostering relationships of equity and mutual respect for the female Promethean. The Magic Lemonade Stand promotes collaboration in the Arts; cultural, social, and commercial forms that positively contribute to the advancement of women’s rights through innovative, groundbreaking, and taboo shattering modalities. Much like Prometheus gifting fire to man, the Magic Lemonade Stand gifts a tangible space for supportive creativity to exist, where we can lift each other as we reinvent and elevate ourselves through art.
The Magic Lemonade Stand is designed to stimulate, foster, and support the female artist through grants, continued education, and support designed to encourage artistic driven economic development. The Magic Lemonade Stand is created to support primarily female artists of color, who are particularly underrepresented, and secure them a place to create, dream, and continue to develop their skills while providing a centralized location and a safe space to further creativity.

Rikki Hughes is a multi-Grammy and multi-Emmy award-winning producer and showrunner of comedy specials, award shows, television series, and independent features. She is currently the Executive Producer at MAGIC LEMONADE PRODUCTIONS.

Since 2018, Hughes has won two Emmy Awards and three Grammy Awards for producing Dave Chappelle: The Age of Spin & Deep in the Heart of Texas, Dave Chappelle: Equanimity/ The Bird Revelation, and Dave Chappelle: Sticks and Stones on Netflix.

Hughes is the first African-American woman in Emmy history to win in the category of Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded).

Beginning her career in the music business, Hughes segued into television by producing awards shows and comedy specials such as The BET 25 th Anniversary Special, The BET Comedy Awards, the TVOne series Who Got Jokes? starring Bill Bellamy, and the Katt Williams special It’s Pimpin Pimpin. Starting in 2006 and for the next decade, Hughes became BET’s go-to producer for their specials Rip the Runway, BET Hip-Hop Awards, and BET Honors.

Saterah Moore is the Executive Vice President of Development, who joins Magic Lemonade after nearly two years of overseeing specials and returning franchises for Objective Media Group America, the Los Angeles-based, All3Media America- backed company. Her slate included Food Network staple Worst Cooks in America, When Sharks Attack for Nat Geo, and GLAAD Award nominee 12 Dates of Christmas for HBO Max.

Moore’s previous experience includes a three-year overall deal at MTV Networks, where she worked on projects including the top-rated Teen Mom franchise and Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. Moore’s past unscripted credits include CNN’s United Shades of America, and a number of productions for Food Network, including Great Food Truck Race, and Comedy Central’s Hood Adjacent with James Davis where they met their now direct report, Rikki Hughes.

He has played various roles on numerous productions, including Co-Executive Producer, Executive in Charge, Line Producer, Supervising Producer, Producer and Production Manager.

Kali’s wide range of television and film experience includes producing and developing shows from pre to post production on documentaries, scripted shows, feature length  films, follow reality, competition reality, comedy and music specials.

Crista is the Director of Development at Magic Lemonade, where she steers the formation of original intellectual property and incoming content for both unscripted and scripted development.

She also works alongside the production department supporting the delivery of projects and maintains oversight on the talent management division.

Originally building her career at major media giants including NBCUniversal, Viacom, Fox Entertainment Group and production companies, Crista has worked from the ground up in creative Content Development across multiple genres, Privacy Policy and in Public Affairs where she liaised with elected officials, community members, businesses and the MPAA on an array production related issues.

At Fox, she led a successful social media marketing sweepstakes campaign in partnership with the Vancouver Tourism Association and 20TH Century Fox in promotion of Deadpool 2 along with a host of other feature film properties.
